We started our beer-making project in 2014 and it came to fruition two years later, after we’d carried out in-depth research and analysis into the qualities that would best represent our ideas and passions, the things that drove us and what we wanted to achieve with our BEER.
Our facility extends over an area of 12,000 square metres, which includes 500m² for management offices, training rooms, meeting rooms and a tasting area, and a 2000m² production area.
Our production level currently stands at 50 hectolitres per day and is carried out using advanced, hi-tech equipment and the latest technical control systems, to ensure the high quality standards that the market demands.
Our beer is bottled through an isobaric filling system, in sizes from:
